Just found this picture and thought I would share the recipe . This is such a tasty combination of flavors, I just love it! I’m not a huge apple fan but in this salad it works for me. Sweet, crunchy, tart and so tasty!!
1 bag of mixed salad greens
1 large apple, cubed
1/2 cup walnuts
1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
Toss with raspberry vinaigrette dressing
ENJOY!!
